	When you need support, we think you should be able to find it fast and actually get the answers you’re looking for. In order to make this happen, we’ve set up more than one way to better serve you. 		MESSAGE BOARDS Our support forums were created to allow us to display important company information, basic support help and instructions on how to use your account. Also, by allowing us to store this information as well as solve issues in the future, the database will grow into to an ever-expanding knowledge base for everybody to view and search through.

		FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS By allowing access for all visitors to view the questions we receive the most, we’re opening the door to greater support when it comes to pre-sales questions, account questions and even some basic support questions.

		ONLINE TUTORIALS AND DEMOS (COMING SOON) We’ve created some tutorials and demos that will show you how to sign up with a new account, add services to you exisiting account, work with your website control panel and add functionality to your website.

		SUPPORT TICKETS (CLIENTS ONLY) (COMING SOON) When all the above fails, please use our support ticketing system to inform us of troubles with your account. We will respond as soon as possible with a resolution to your issue. These tickets will be stored in your account to allow you to always have access to previous solutions.
